(Long video)

I was playing and this just happened, i went to training mode to be sure what i've seen.

Looks like only happens to luigi and mario, i did not test everyone. It happens too on Yoshi's Island and Sector Z but i tried Saffron City and Mushroom Kingdoom and missed. and i tried American version too and it didnt work.

well i've never seen that before if its not new i'll remove the video ^^

  • its not DI its teching the ledge.

  • @rebirthism in ssb64? no hahah

  • @chuckrox00 im sorry if i dont beleive you, because you said theres no DI on throws...

Its teching the ledge, the computer at level 9 does it automatically if you throw them right at the ledge.

  • @rebirthism :P did you read the description? its very specific i guess, only worked with mario/luigi in a few stages and japanese version

and computer does nothing when you're playing Training Mode!

    thats why its strange ;)

  • @chuckrox00 right, you can only recreate it on certain stages with certain character on a certain version. But if you aren't playing frame advanced and extreme slowdowned then the simple explanation of an understandable tech is more likely

  • @prettymuchamzn funny is that i didnt read that lol

    sorry :P

  • @chuckrox00 that why i said "funny the game is doing it by itself."

  • @prettymuchamzn too bad i wasnt playing a human AND theres no DI when you do a grab xP

  • well when you play with humans, this move is called D.I. which means directional influence. When Z is pressed or jammed into the wall, a player will hit the wall first and then bounce back, perhaps saving the players life. It is funny however that the game is doing itself.

  • i love chrono trigger music. 5 stars for the song xD

i had no idea about that grab thingy... does it only work with fox?
