ok, you're obviously not going to try a flying armbar on the combat field but you have to admit it is pretty impressive to see a man that size jump up for a flying armbar.

@Dantesmother I can no say you have never been in a real fight 1st of that wasnt a full on back flip, 2nd o hell yea you can, if ppl punch through brick, what makes you sure that if an unbalanced person is runnin at you you cant send him flying, all the stuff you see here is more then real.

I have respect for the Russian military martial arts, I had a friend who was trained in Sambo or whatever its called in the Russian Infantry, i use it myself with a mix of Krav Maga.
