@SuperThissucks There are many interests both in Mexico and in the US that need poor people to exist in the country, some of those are precisely those you mention. On the other hand, not everyone is poor in Mexico, problem is thatr 1) There are no incentives for mid class to become high class, and 2) High class has way too many benefits and the wealth gap is constantly increasing. This in my modest opinion.
