@Kor3anBoi23 are you using windows 7/vista or xp?
if on vista/7: go to start-> in the spot light type in folder options-> click on view-> on the list of options, scroll down until you find an option that reads "hide known extensions for known file types" UNCHECK THAT!!
go to the file and rename it "whatever the name of the app is.ipa"
