è la "canzone" e la musica più dolce che esiste che eseguite insieme lasciano senza fiato chi canta è sicuramente un angelo chi ha composto un diavolo redento...o forse il contrario...ciò non toglie che ho i brividi ogni volta che l'ascolto e di questi tempi mi capita molto raramente provare certe sensazioni....grazie e buon'ascolto
What an interesting disussion....Bartoli sings it wonderfully, although today I prefer the "Ave Maria" sung by an Alto. Bach was a genius and his music is immortal, but Gounod did also very well. He created something with almost "folksong" qualities and I know some people who found their way to classical music via the "Ave Maria"....in the end it always turns out to: "De gustibus non est disoutandum", doesn´t it?
