Despite being listed as arranged by Bobby Connelly, Sybil Jason herself said this was directed by Busby Berkeley, who was suspended by Warners officially after the trial over his motor accident.
Several numbers credited to Connelly were actually done by him, to keep Berkeley's name off the credits.
Sorry to hear she has passed away, born in South Africa, British, but brought up in the States.

I would highly recommend Sybil Jason's books containing many "insider" star stories from her perspective as a child. She and Shirley Temple were friends and competitors working for different studios. If Sybil had been established first I think her star could easily have equalled or exceeded little "Curly Top's". Its sad that Sybil's gone now but she had a wonderful life. Thanks, Sibee!
