@seahyimin hey haha another series of question. where do you practice this?where do you think it is advisable to practice this?cause i practice this on hard floor and i sometime bang the side of my knee on the floor haha i'm worried cause i have an injury on that knee i don't wanna make it worse and haha how do you pull yourself higher at the back?do you like twist ur body to gain extra momentum?or is it because of opened legs?

@peacebewu Hi there. It sounds like you may be trying flares for a couple of months. At this stage, it's still quite hard for you to keep your legs opened at the sides because your body has not yet developed the required strength and flexibility(and experience). I suggest you try to get to the back of the flare and to the front again as fast as you can before you land. Maybe it'll help you to progress.

@peacebewu i initially did it on grass until i could do them without banging my knees. just be patient with flares. your body needs time to adapt in strength and flexibility. all the best

@blitzbeat03 a combination of having open legs, pulling myself up with my left hand and leaning forward

LOL You're "travelling" when you're doing your flare did you notice?? :D 0:40 you started between the two lifts and 9 seconds later you are in a line with the left lift :D
