i'm pretty sure she has a white eyeliner on her waterline as well.

put the glitter all over the soft gold/yellow eyeshadow on your inner third. i didn't worry too much about fallout. i think it looks pretty, personally. i also used nyx's jumbo pencil in cottage cheese as a base. and ardell demi wispie lashes for the perfect fairy look. you could use whatever dark purple color you wanted to do the cut crease. but i don't think it looks that great.

this video was very unhelpful. he didn't include what colors he used for the eyeshadow. but it was very easy for me to recreate this look, except i didn't do the purple cut crease. i used this soft yellow gold with glitter from the maybelline eyestudio pallette in caffiene rush on the inner third of my eyelid (top and bottom). then i packed on lagoon sparkle by nyx (turquoise blue color) on the outter two thirds (top and bottom). i used eyelash glue to stick on hot gold glitter by nyx.
