Vue 6 basic tutorial

How to create a fairly basic scene in Vue 6, covering atmosphere, terrain development, importing objects and using the material editor (including the ecosystem plugin). Sorry about the lack of commentary - I don't have my microphone with me.
Music is from youtube's Audioswap, as this vid got pulled down because of the music I had in it last time. So sorry it doesn;t match the length of the video anymore.

the music is so annoying, if this is a tutorial, it should have voice, so we know what your doing.

wow, and the music goes so well with the video as well. i reckon this is tough program to learn?

I see there are suggestions for other programs.
Why not try Blender ? It's free, and quite advanced.

@Snipza You can also get it totally free if you get the ple(personal learning edition) of it. It's basically exactly the same except you cant sell what you make with it :/

nice work, is this a stand alone product or do's it require a 3d based engine to run? i use caligari truespace for my work but obviously i am always wnating to progress onto new things. keep up teh good work.

Hehe - I wish I could play around with it all day... I'm currently a student, but I also work freelance. I create images for people and companies. My last one, for example, was for the front of a magazine called 'Tarosophy International'.

Don't worry, I paid for mine too. Legally, I have to - I use Vue to create my commissioned work. In order to sell the work I create, I have to heave a legal copy.
