This Video i made to show ppl that have the error E74 i did this Video in a couple mins so i no its not the best all i am showing you is the way i fixed my xbox
this video also helps with 2.3 red lights

@julius3997 it stops the board from melting do you have any other ideas that will work as this works fine. and i didn't say you had to use it its to help as you see in the video.
