One of my favourite films. I was 8 months pregnant when I first saw it and when my son was born, I named him Theron.

I think Eleanor Parker gave a wonderful, strong performance. She was such a good actress. I hope the Academy gives her an honorary oscar.

Also, one of my faves. Always loved that line that George Peppard said when he married Luana Patten, so she wouldn't have a child out of wedlock. It was initially for show and they slept in separate beds. Then one night she had a nightmare and he ran into her room to comfort her. She said he could stay. He said "If I stay I wanna be more than a comfort to you." That's when their real marriage started. That's why I like old movies because the dialogue wasn't graphic, but you got the drift.
