Thats true.^^ "Mondnebel" what means Moonnebula, is the magic word of the first transformation.^^
Don´t be so mean.^^ Its maybe just her dialect, but in the other way, german often sounds high and squeezy. xD
My native language is german, so I heard her voice often in Animes.
In reality, she sounds not so squeezy. xD

She doesn't say 'Mondnebel' in this video. It sounds more like 'Mondlicht' as fuckingchaka wrote in a previous comment. To me her speech sounds something like 'Smacht der Woldlicht, macht auf!'. The voice actress probably needs speech therapy.
