1994! Wow, it feels like a long time ago. I don't know why though,....I'm only 16. If the date on the camera is correct, I was born 7 days later! But I wasn't even in Florida, I was in belgium.

@6013589 lol clearly uv never veen to america. every theme park is alton towers x 10. the scale and rides are just on another level. alton towers is an embarassment to england comapred to this

In a school field trip i standed on the tidal wave bridge to get wet i got lots of cramps lol.

the second ride is my second fave (my first fave is congo river rapids!) me and my dad went on it with no one else front row center it was great!! My idiot sister goes "haha now you're all wet!" and I said "haha I had fun while you stood behind the glass you couldn't even stand on the bridge!" it was great!

Whether or not it's a "copy" depends on the timing. The flume ride has been at Busch Gardens since 1973, and the tidal wave ride since '89. I've seen multiple versions of these rides at many different theme parks.
