Looks like you did a good job on the motor i never seen anybody try to scare a motor into being rebuilt but looks like the end result was great, :-)

Speaking of the motor I see that it is a Howard Industries Syncronous motor in a standard Nema motor frame. I have never worked on a T-212 before and am surprised to learn that Hammond was not longer making their own motors by this time. The motors were Laurens Hammonds claim to fame. He invented the reluctance syncronous clock motor which was adapted for use in the electric organ he invented.

Can you tell me where the grey, yellow black and red wires should be soldered on the organ and capacitor? I could not tell the colors because of video effects. Thanks
