The thing is even though Anthony is quite a liberal he makes up for it by being totally politically incorrect, so he's not as bad as the typical lib-watching this episode shows that he's more open minded than most urban-elitist lefties because he's willing to go out & have an open mind-not just condemn those who have a life style that doesn't conform with New York or San Francisco lifestyles.

I do like seeing the foods he tries around the world & his irreverent humor!

Usually I don't blow it when I cook for myself. This time I pretended that you had dropped by. I needed to use up a cucumber, and no bread in the frig, so decided to dice some cucumber and onion, and throw into the melted cheese as it cooled over the seasoned parched-then-boiled brown rice, with vinegar and honey added, and finally tons of garlic powder. However, I added too little cheese, burnt it slightly, and accidentally added too much coriander. Glad you weren't here. Come again.

Some one, with a weak body, or a weak digestion, might fall sick every time, that they eat a confit, or much fat. Thus they would likely lose their livelihoods, and become wards of the state, probably dyin in misery at an early age. Do you wish this, for the weak, or do you wish them to be moderate and to live and die in happiness? Please speak on this matter and clarify your advice for such folks, thank you.

Anthony, you were born with a stron body. As you found out, it was your heritage, not somethin developed by your own efforts in this life's time. The same might be said, of those, in your kitchens, who are able to work, while sick ( and thus causin the customers to be sick, but that is beside the point here).

My question, for you, is - does your philosophy, that the body is an amusement park, apply well, to those, whose bodies are not inherently stron, or whose digestion may be weak from birth?
