    in this video, Dr. BLovett states that surplus profits catipalized the industry. and that the economics of slavery played a big role in the Industrial Revolution.

    In part 2 slavery was a 17 billion dollar business. Eric Wlliams say that Amerian and European Industry was financed by the trade. Thos surplus profits capitalized the industry. The economics of slavery played a big role in the coming of the Industrial Revolution.Dr. Lovett mentions that slave labor was used in the bulidings of mansions and at one poiint slaves were 1/3 of the population.
