Actually it`s high c- flat. The very end is in d- flat. Here is the phrase (I added the enharmonic tones too):
AH(fь=e), LA(fь=e) MA(fь=e)-LE(eь=d#)-DI(dь=c#)-Z
IO(aь=g#, cь=b, bьь=a, aь=g#)-NE(dь=c#). -
B-flat, but yes Milnes was the best of his time.
