also what she didnt mention was DON'T SPEND TO LONG IN THE STEAM ROOM this will lower your blood pressure very dramatically and have you feeling drowsy for up to 2 days. Could also be dangerous if you have heart problems. People have collapsed/fainted in steam rooms and sauna's because they just don't know when they should get out - 8 to 10 mins is plenty of time. I will never forget the time I went into a steam room and stumbled over an oldman who couldnt quite get out of the steam room, scary!
