Then, in a disastrous attempt to say "This is what I'm gonna do it with", you instead mumble "this is what I'm gon' do with it".

Unless the object of your monologue has become the razor, rather than your face. Thus, you display the razor and declare "This," referring to your stated intention to shave, "is what I'm gonna do with it", 'It' being the razor.
