When doing P90X, should I use weights or bands? If you travel a lot, bands can be good to have...but here's the rest of the answer.

Hey Supermike...forgive me, I just saw this questions. I'm an idiot. No I used the pull up bar for my pull ups....but i used the chair to help me until i was strong enough...it took a couple rounds to get decent at it.
