@Watchout5 Do they pay taxes? MOst dopn't that makes a HUGE drain. Don't believe it? Look at Californias sanctuary citys debts. Social services, school systems, Hospitals goping out of business there. Like I said Im not against people coming here but we have to stop the problems as well. It has to start by closing the borders.

@Watchout5 Its one thing to be a Legal immigrant but Illegal ones steal peoples identity. Working and using someone elses social security. They also drain our health care system and school system. I know there are many great people that come across the border but facts are facts when it comes to how it effects the ecomony. There has to be a human way to fix it so the ones here that work can stay and stop more from crossing here.

To be honest I actually support that perspective. I don't always agree with it, but is is definitely a valid position. On occassion, I have been held accountable for the fact that someone's great-great-grandfather was a slave and I just happen to be white.

This is a nation of immigrants, why must we throw so much hate? How can an alien be illegal in the USA? Immigrants have built and continue to build this nation and they deserve equal representation too. This is supposed to be the land of opportunity, how is this even a debate?

excuse me but i'm not really concerned about what happened years in the past when i was not even born. i did nothing illegally nor did anyone else alive today in that regard. we have laws and people are here illegally. deal with it

You realize of course that a great deal, if not most, of the territory of the United States was illegally taken by force from the original inhabitants.

I am not a law enforcement agent, nor a census taking nor do I work for any government agency. However, in the US I can lawfully ask you any question I want. You have the right to refuse. You also have the right to refuse to answer a census taker.
