This is my theory: Prior to and during his adventure with mxyptl Ras al gul was already planing to bring kyle back to life but of course to use him as a puwn. Now mxy of course is a trickster witnessing what had happend and of course superman hal and donna going to him for help he instantaniously devised his plan to make hal jordan responsible for the corps's destruction and there for tricked hal into being his puwn for his own twisted pleasure.

Hey, Neo, will Hal (and the other characters)
find out that he's was actually Parallax
sooner or later in the retconned history
of this series or will it not turn up at
all?
As a matter of fact, will Mxy's retconning
history have people aware of Hal Jordan
being Parallax all along in later stories
or not?

Good questions. People close to him may find out sooner or later. In episode 21, Hal will do something as Parallax that may make John Stewart suspicious.

The next Hal & Kyle episode will be about John dealing with the anniversary of his dead wife. The next episode to come out, though, will be "The League" 6: Hal and Wonder Woman in a hotel room, Dr. Polaris, and a certain villain that laughs a lot...
