Definitely don't need that many fans blowing on it, that can cause unwanted stress to the plant, possibly slow growth too. More plants under there too! Nice little setup!

So which lights do you prefer for veg and flowering.

I've actually been thinking about doing that. I'm just waiting for this round to finish up before changing spectrum. I'm thinking of going with a larger tub for vegging and mixing the cfl's 2 daylights to 1 sw. Then also going 2 or 3 sw to 1 dl in the flowering can!( I have to be really covert with this one.) I do have a 250w hps, but I don't think I'm gonna bother with it.

Cfl for the 1st 2 weeks then on to a MH or HPS for the remaing veg period,plants could get windburn with 4 fans blowing on them.

I wonder if ya shouldn't have kept em under the cfl's throughout the veg. My lil crop at 5 weeks is exploding all over with only 2x 42w soft whites! More than plenty to veg a dozen plants in a rubbermaid box! Very satisfied with results so far!

i think your saying i should have kept them on?? if thats what you're saying then yes i should have, it was an old 250w hps bulb with little lumens left probably. you should probably change out your cfl's to a daylight 6400k spectrum for veg.
