Lost another 1.5lbs from 175 to 173.5 despite hectic week

  • hi hi hi you've came to that point of moderate loss...way to go man...

    I would advise you work every muscular group. Remember crunches won't bring you fabulous abs.

    The fabulous abs are already there...just need to get rid of the fat covering them.

    OMG...tonight is the day I'll start running.

    It happens to me as well. From 20kg/hand weight I came to 10....it is related to exercising daily. Don't take the proteins yet....wait to come to the point you're happy with the wl. This is what I'll do.

  • Yeah I must be there because the weight loss is slowing down. I do crunches just to get my stomach muscles on par with the rest of my body, plus more muscle = more calories being burned at all times so its win win. I am thinking I need the extra protein because I am pretty sure I don't get enough in my diet which is unhealthy especially when working out. We'll see how it goes....Thanks! I am glad you are going to start running too, its great!

  • Great man...still dropping the weight. Getting close to goal you are doing fantastic still losing. Great job mixing up your workouts and trying new things. Love your vision board and the quote nobody said it had to be on paper. :)

  • oh yeah! BTW, CONGRATS on another great weight loss week! I know for a fact you can go to the beach now and should feel great with how you look... i mean come on, only like 4% of guys on the beach look like male models, for the first time in a long time i wore a two piece to the pool yesterday and i have come to realize that although i am not perfect, i am working on it, so why hide, it felt great to go out and love myself and my imperfections =] you should too =]

  • I have been doing the weigh protine as well. I usually do one scoop with some soy chocolate milk or water and "choke it down" lol i hate the taste... but yeah. i usually do it when i know I will be doing resistance bands or a lot of cardio. but lately i have hated it and don't do it very often anymore... i just hate the taste, lol but what is funny, is that when i do take it every time before a work out i lose a lot that week... i think i need to grow a pair and just chug it. lol

    Yesterday...after leaving this comment I went out to do my regular one hour of fast walk. Then was thinking of you and changed my mind.

    I started to run. Did so for 20mins. I can not believe how far i've came. 6 months ago, when tried to run...in 5 mins I was dying. Now...I have a new goal. Running for an hour once a week. I'll get there,

  • Yeah its getting to be a little more difficult to eat right and exercise with my current schedule but I am doing my best. I do plan to keep running hopefully the whey will help my muscles recover better.
