For all you Volvo fans, here's another one for ya! It's got the B230FT 2.3L 162hp turbo 4cyl. and 4-spd auto. 0-60mph is about 8.5sec.

  • bro if buy 940 turbo or non turbo better?

  • @benzyeap If you do mostly in-town/city driving, get a non-turbo. If you spend most of your time cruising on the interstate, non-turbo. If you live in a rural or hilly area, I suggest the Turbo. My reasoning is that the 940 Turbo is less responsive to take off from a stop due to turbo lag. It also guzzles more fuel when cruising on the interstate, when a turbo isn't necessary. But the turbo helps a great deal with hill climbing and acceleration...once the turbo spools up.

  • Stock? :o

  • @velhonen Yepper. 100%.

  • well it didnt HAVE to have it done....its just such a better car than it was when i first picked it up. im gettin full 3 in. exhaust put on tomorrow....i think ill make a video....one from a dig and a 1st gear pull from like 3000 rpm. only problem is theres alot of shitty cops where i live

  • my stock 940 turbo does it in 12 seconds haha, yours is faster than mine!

  • im puttin in a 255 lph in tank high pressure pump today!!!! the old pump was so nasty...and the main pump under neath the car stopped working....gonna be sick!!!!

  • man, I loved my 940. It's a pretty peppy car considering how heavy it is. I now own an 850 Turbo, which is not nearly as much fun, especially in the snow ;).

  • @prozack678 Really? My Mom's '89 740 Turbo had 224k miles when she sold it and she never had any of that work done. "This guy" was me. And yes, I was power braking it. The "click" you hear is me letting off the brake pedal quickly.
