1996 Ford Explorer 4.0L OHV V6
Flowmaster Delta 40 series muffler ONLY
2" inlet and 2" outlet all the way to the back, bent by me.

I have a new setup!! The 4.0L is now bored out, cammed and worked over! Watch my other Youtube videos!

  • so are those really 31,10.50 inch bfgs and is there any rubbing at all?

  • @staindwt20

no, those were P235/75's.. I DID have a set of 31x10.50 on it later though, and they did not rub whatsoever. Now I've got 33x12.50's.

  • sounds weak.

  • @cheesegrater21

I mean it's a V6. Check out the video response, I've got a new motor in it ;)

  • i have worked all the factory bugs out of my engine. it had somewhere around 160hp and now pulls 230hp with some simple mods the automotive companies dont want you to know. simple mods. and yes, it was dyno pulled.

  • By the way, your not pulling 230 rwhp on a 4.0 OHV with "simple mods," no way in earth, heaven nor hell.

  • thats what mine sounds like normally and it has no upgrades on it do you think because its a sohc 4.0 that it sounds like this cuz it sounds deep like this with no exhaust system added i have a 97 explorer sport feed back will be appreciated very much

  • I got this truck 2 months ago. I was wondering with winter coming up how it is in the snow?

  • Mines a V8 :D

    Dude... settle down now..

Look at some of my other videos, it's now a stroked, bored over and cammed. I'm fighting a valve cover leak but should have it fixed by this weekend as it's supposed to warm up and I'll be able to get out there and work on it. Maybe I'll get another exhaust video up soon.. this one will be better.
