  • @ladyfrog06 Green plantains: 1 plantain serves one person so buy as many you like Fresh garlic Red or white onions Fresh cilantro Olives Green bell peppers or substitue with red/yellow Tomatoe sauce salt sazon with culantro & achiote parsley Crab meat either fresh or frozen, and mixed seafood all this can be picked up at your local supermarket. for the mofongo: Butter garlic and salt combine all in to platanos and smash away.

  • looks good, but where's the chicharron you use for the mofongo? why butter instead of olive oil? i tell you what, that semi ripe platain you used is my favorite mofongo. it adds a touch of sweet
