UFO by clouds, Brazil

This is a stabilized version of video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1PpP3YDMl0 by ufobahia. I have attempted to stabilize the picture so that the clouds are fairly still. The motion of the small white object relative to the clouds is therefore reasonably obvious. The object appears to move differently to the bulk of the cloud, suggesting either that it is under control, or that the air is moving in a very unpredictable way near to it.

I just saw one of these in Worthing (UK). I thought it was a seagull really high up till I realized it was above the clouds. We watched it for 30-40mins. It was so far away, but the random changes in direction were only just detectable. It hid behind a (see-through) cloud before eventually disappearing. Was definately not a balloon.

I`ve seen these in England going in and out of cloudsI filmed one taking a chunk out of cloud with arms/wings whatever they were came out then when it came out on the edge of the cloud its wings/arms closed in.

ive seen somthing very similar to this in my town about a week ago only there were 4 of them flying in dark clouds they looked like they were disapearing and re apearing anyone wanna shed some some light on this?

ufo's represented to be some conspiracy involving the belief of extraterrestrils visting earth, should not be posted in the science and technology section of youtube. This is a disgrace to the scientific method.
