i have one of those.. and the screen frame is mat on the inside not glossy... it's just like other netbooks, but it's ligther and thinner than most of the others..

@airguru2will I recommend the QX series if you are looking into getting a slim model for travel. In terms of playing HD movies and running multiple programs, the current specification would be more than enough to handle. I suggest you to run programs and play HD movie files like you'd normally do and then decide whether to get an extra system memory or not. Please be advised that this channel is no longer in service. Dear Samsung, I really like this product and intend to get one in the next 2 weeks or so. I travel alot hence the requirement for slim biuld good looks and good battery life but there are a few things I need clarifed first that i cannot find on the net, Firstly, on the go I watch alot of movies and I cant find anyone saying it can comfortably play 720P movies judder free and secondly, some of the apps I use regularly are a little intensive and so investing in 2GB of 800MHz ram is be necessary?

honestly i buy most of my electronics from Samsung, like flat screens and laptops because their products are good quality. and i have never experienced any problems. Keep on the good work :)
