We filmed this, sort of on-the-cheap in Andorra. It was my first ever crack at "acting" and as you can see from the footage, I completely steal the show. Those other chumps needn't have turned up. The general consensus from people I've quizzed about this video is that when I'm not on the screen they find themselves getting anxious, anticipating the next bit of "Richard footage". An anxiety which is in turn replaced with great pleasure and relief upon seeing myself shining from the TV, maybe a minute later. In fact, I have a version (a sort of Directors cut if you will) where I've edited the video to just loop my parts around over and over again. The soundtrack to this is my piano bit from the end of the song, also looping around, again and erm, again.

EXCELLENT TO HEAR YOU GUYS GOT BACK TOGETHER OR STARTED DOING THIS AGAIN, late teenager early twenties and free peace sweet was a regular in my old fiat, thanks though, had a nice few birds in the back to this song and others...Ashamedly i hadnt listened to you for a couple of years, and i was sitting here thinking what to search for and bang you came into my head. now i'm gonna check out yer new stuff....top drawer guys.

@shandyweather Very funny. I was the Camera Assistant / Snowboarding Double on this shoot and am scanning slide photos from the job as I type. Chris the 1st AD and Lucy the production manager are now married with kids. Living near to St Albans, I would love to see you play at The Horn. Did plenty of Bluetone shoots too.
