@bunnysparkleII - Both Barry and I had a great supply of broccoli last year using the Dipel Dust and Cyonara. I'm sure Barry will respond to your question as well, but these two items will solve your problem. . . . Allen

@bunnysparkleII ---- Barry Szczucki recommended that I use Dipel Dust by Ferti-lome. It's an organic dust made from a crushed flower of some sort. Still keeps the garden organically controlled and it kills a wide range of worms.
You just lightly dust the plants with it and it worked great for me. No worms, no problems anymore. Along with the dipel dust, he also recommends using an insect control called: Cyonara, sometimes you just can't help using something. These 2 items work wonders.

I was watching your other trucking info videos and found this..I'm somewhat of a homesteader and the only thing I don't grow or raise is Paper or plastic products..Llama poop is the absolute best fertilizer and Red Wrigglers do the very best for making the best compost for your soil..as soon as I can afford I will be ordering your "Truth about Trucking" as I was blessed to recieve a grant to pay for Training..Bessed wishes..:)

Yea, you're right gameover340 .... it sure does, and it's something that I'm enjoying when I'm not driving ..... wasn't for sure if I wanted to really get into gardening, but glad I did .... couldn't have done it without Barry's expertise .... the Florida sand was killing me! - but not now! thanks for the comment ..... bunnysparklell asked:
how do you keep your plants free of pests? I live in seminole,fl and
caterpillars or something, completely ate the plants I planted (broccoli,
cucumbers). A lot of the other plants I planted (herbs like oregano
rosemary parsley) ended up with a powdery white something on its leaves
that made me scared to eat it..my boyfriend and I are in our 20s and are
very new to gardening and growing your own food but we believe in all of
the principles you talked about in your video.

Both items can be found at the Seminole Feed stores if you have any locally. If not, check with local garden centers or at the minimum, you can find online.

That's interesting ... he actually uses Rabbit droppings on the soil and has his own way of bringing the worms to the soil .... some kind of science to this whole thing !!

Hi checkfoldcallraise - wish you could see the "forest" growing in my back yard now! LOL - tomatoes, eggplant, jalapenos, radishes, bell peppers, pokchoy, collards ... follow the info on Barry Szczucki's site, and you won't have any problems! Pretty amazing! - thanks for posting - Allen
