This leg routine allows you to develop strength, speed, and develop often weak or overly tight muscles of the lower body. After fatiguing the Type II fibres of the hips, quads, calves and hammies with TRX Jump Squats, immediately move into TRX lunges with rotation, and suspended knee ups - one leg at a time.
