Blantyre (Scotland) - Aachen (Germany) Part 2

Part 2 of my video blog of the trip from Blantyre in Glasgow through to Aachen in Germany which took me to Cambridge for a business meeting then to Dover to catch the ferry to Calais, then the drive up through France, Belgium, Holland and finally into Germany and to my hotel in Aachen..

Cheers for the reply, I did the full run from Aachen to Glasgow, Scotland and vice versa before xmas and after new year - both times in the one day...took around 15hrs total to do with an hour and a half of that being some shuteye on the boat ;)

Hopefully someday I'll get my butt out to Oz and do some decent drives over there too, cheers again for the note :)

Baz I thoroughly enjoyed your drive. It's a fair effort driving through 5 countries in one day but down here you'd struggle to drive across this country in a whole day. For over 20 years every New Year I would drive from Coffs Harbour, NSW to Melbourne, Victoria which is 1500klms or a bit under 1000mls and this distance would be completed in 14hours 30minutes. The one thing you have on me Baz is I have never done that trip in a Monaro. You lucky bugger! Good Luck from Downunder.
