Nice video, I found many useful and good things about smart464diet, and I wonder if anyone tried and what are experiences ?

@MsAltarEgo I've been off sugar for a long while now. check all your sauces and cereals..i'd make sure you get enough veg, and don't deny yourself if you feel like having a piece of fruit. I made the mistake of not eating enough fruit because I was paranoid it would make me gain weight- it won't if your not getting too much fat in your diet.

Not everyone who is fat eats to much food!!! They just eat the wrong food! I'd say if you were eating a TRULY healthy diet which has the fibre and protein you need you can eat as much as you *want* !
This 'eat less' message out of context is really damaging. you cant get fat off a mix of fruit and veg.

I have a varied and healthy diet, I stay away from sweet foods and fried foods, I generally try to eat whole foods, bell pepper, spinach, eggs, fish, nuts, berries, wheet-bix, natural yoghurt blah blah blah, drink plenty of water every day, but I still feel hunger more then I should, i'm pretty slim everywhere but my gut, could this be just a result of drinking a bit of red wine at night? and how do I know what nutrient I'm missing? right now i'm hungry and i'm craving sushi

I always brush my teeth whenever I feel the cravings for something. :)

Can you make paragraphs of your speech and post them up on you-tube with separate titles.

At my age, twenty-minutes is too long, especially if your speech has only one climax-resolution at the end.

This is my second day on a no-added sugar diet. I can't believe how addicted I am to sugar! I crave it at least a dozen times a day and always have the thoughts: "one cookie wouldn't hurt..." I'm proud to say that I've defeated these thoughts so far by not caving in to my cravings. I only hope to keep this up! :)



Keeping motivated to lose weight can be hard - seeing videos like this can certainly be helpful
