Double Title Challenge match!

Great Puma is awesome. I wanna play as him so badly. A couple of years ago MAME had a cheat code set that included the option to play as him but the code never worked. The game would just crash every time you activated the code. =(

Every wrestler defeated in 25 seconds. Nice and neat. My tactic was lame and cheap but it worked.

Some notes:
-Played on a FCEUX emulator
-No cheats or savestates were used
-Played at full speed

  • i remember a really lame rumor that said Puma was invulnerable to any move or strike, except if you use Kin Korn Karn and do his chop, then his kick to set up any moves. first time I reached him, I used King Slender and destroyed him!

  • How did you destroy him with Slender? Did you beat him straight up using an array of moves? Did you take him outside? Cheap him off the ropes?

    Did you use turbo?

  • Too funny. I love how the wrestlers aren't smart enough to learn from previous wrestlers mistakes.

    Great job!

What did you use to record from your computer?

  • Wow, that's cheap. Sure Great Puma puts up a fight but I had absolutely no problems beating him clean, 1-2-3 in the middle of this very ring....when I was 8 years old.

  • Fighter Hayabusa? I would've used either the agile luchador Starman or the criminally insane Amazon.

  • I used an NES Max turbo pad and whooped Puma's ass with King Slender. Backbreaker 4TW!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @bubufubu Turbo is a possibility, I loved the NES Max controller. Destroyed may be stretching the truth a bit, but I did beat him. I handled every match in pretty much the same manner...punch, kick, basic move like the body slam...then more involved moves like suplex and piledriver. I hated going outside, since the game would cheap shot me into getting counted out.

  • Awesome, nice to see someone remembers Great Puma wasn't as tough as everybody seems to remember. This was the same strategy for beating him given by Jeff Rovin in How to Win at Nintendo Games 3. It's cheap, but effective.

  • I had this game when I was a kid. The only way I could beat it was with a game genie lol.

  • lol! Push start.. The creators of this game must be laughing harder than me.
