@panoser incorrect, while he has not done enough to change the drug policy he has changed the DEA policy of raiding medical marijuana dispensaries and arresting those who abide by state laws. Mind you, however, that the Drug Czar states the only reason this is occurring is due to scarce resources, it's all crap though. Our government has GOT to change it's drug policies.
