This customer from California purchased a Logitech WiLife Video Security Camera System in the summer of 2007 in order to protect their retail business. They found out about the camera from the store display in Costco.

On July 10th, a young man came in to get embroidery on his hat. At the store, they track customers by first and last name and phone number in order to call them when their order is ready for pickup. After collecting this mans information, we told him he could have his hat done while he waited. After he left with his hat, the owner had a bad feeling about him so she viewed the video and caught him stealing from the showroom while they were embroidering his hat in the back room! He shoplifted even though they have a sign on the front door saying video recording in progress.
