That's FL Studio and I coulda made this in 2 mins lol. That doesn't mean it's bad, could just use a bit of work. Though I can't tell you how many times when I'm tired and producing shit for my crunk duo that I've come back to a tune that sounds kinda like that lol. But with good reason, because tunes like that are what are popular, they tend to use the same type of note progressions.
