Christiania 1978 + 2008 by Marca Merica

A supporting video to the exhibition of 140 drawings of Christiania, a free state founded in 1971 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Beside the video and the drawings a catalog book, a cassette. The cassette contains 5 volumes of the drawings from 1978. The book was release at the exhibition at the KASB, Copenhagen, Denmark in 2008. Now a days Christiania could be seen a "victim" of city planners
and maybe those who refuse to see the uniqueness of the Free State. Over all the years of existence, Christiania made it around the world, what is something. A delicate process is taken place in the state of Denmark.
