He is taking care of business in LV and SF for the Kings . LS is pretty much CJ's turf and he takes care of all the kings business there .
The last 2 episodes focused on CJ's turf more or less , trying to work Tommy into the next one , mainly [not only ] be CJ and Toni though I think in ep 3 season 2 .

Yes they are mods , these are mod shows primaraly . Made to show mods , story is the side line .

so se2 is just missions from the reall game tweaked up and reworded?

Just to get the russians involved , fast story line to not make it take a year , or to not include them at all . Se2 ep 3 starts back on to original stuff . ep 4 is under construction and no missions in it .
