  • Yes. Protein builds muscle ,muscle increases metabolism, metabolism burns the fat.

  • I dont want to lose weight only FAT, I was wondering if you get a calorie deficit by doing Excercise, say you consume 2000 calories, and burn 500 calories with excercise, Should you replace those 500 calories with a Protien shake, so not to lose the weight and only lose the Fat????Can you please give me a Yes or a NO thank you!!!!! I would really appreciated
