Shienryu - Sega Saturn

Vertically scrolling shoot em up with some nice attention to detail and great effects. A lot of time and energy clearly went into the visuals, and it shows. Well worth getting hold of.

The game is ok, not that is a bad game or anything just doesnt really do much for me like other twitch games.

@IdeonFukkatsu I wouldnt say very very little work but not as much works as say a RPG or games of the sort. We still love them though...

Man, what an obvious Raiden ripoff...with worse music. I mean the craft looks the same, powerups look the same etc. Shameless..

I just got this for the PSP, I cannot beat the last boss for the life of me lol.

Belive it or not this is a remake of an older game called Daioh (though there are a few differances, most of the levels are the same and bosses are the same.... with the exception of stage two being completely different in both games.... the big red mech is the final boss of Daioh while in Shienryu he gets blasted by the big purple mech.)

@nonterraqueous Yeah I got a 4 in 1 action replay cartridge from Play asia that lets you play imports aswell as giving the extra Ram. Nice, I'll subscribe and check the vid out.
