Let's take away the findings of the UNHRC and concentrate on the other 11 reports, more specifically the ones generated by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. These are independent reports, which have no allegiance to either side and are internationally recognized and respected for their Human rights work. How do you counter with unverifiable videos from clearly biased sources?

There's a slight difference there, wouldn't you say?

While the rockets were fired from the school at that moment, it also shows that they fled afterward, so bombing the school full of innocent civilians after the fact, accomplishes nothing, because the perpetrator is gone. At what point is a target not worth the potential for mass civilian casualties? If I shot a rocket from my local high school and then left, does the army have the right to bomb that school?
