Could you imagine trying to talk common sense in a room 2/3 full of unweaned, puffed up suits ..... I really feel for Paul (TX/Rep) and Kicinich (OH/Dem). To be a voice of reason is an act of treason today. Obama willing to halt soldier pay to get his planned parenthood funding...wow. It's not the gov's place to outlaw abortions... but it's certainly not the gov's place to fund and profit from them either.. and they do ..hence the funding. Common sense kills corruption. Sling some..lol.

BeantownJim.... I agree with you. If we could get everyone to stop paying illegal income taxes at the same time we might accomplish real change. But until we all decide to stop they will ruin the renegade's life......look up: Sherry Peel Jackson...ex IRS agent & mom who stood up is now serving a 4 yr sentence ...extended maximim sentence as the judge said, .."...to make an example of her just in case anyone else might decide to stop paying their taxes." Do you pay yours?"

Look for Laurence Kotlikoff's editorial on the Bloomberg site. He says we are bankrupt and has irrefutable evidence.

Maybe the lawmakers in Congress can pick up tips from the Rockstar from Mars. Charlie Sheen doesn’t exactly epitomize responsibility, but even he knows how to live within his means.
Sheen earned about $30 million last year and spent just around half that sum, according to a new video by Bankrupting America. Congress, by comparison, brought in $2.3 trillion in taxes — but spent $3.6 trillion, one and a half times the amount received.
