Alright, here's the latest chapter in Where Have You Been. Sorry for the wait...my computer was broken, but it's fixed now! Again, message me if you want to be in this story. I can't guarantee that I'll have a part for you, but I might use you.
As soon as I got in the car, I plugged in my Ipod just so that Libby didn't have the chance to pick the music we would listen to. I thought I would just put it on shuffle, but instead I find the perfect song. Suddenly I hear Dallas Green's voice coming through the speakers just to soothe my soul a little.
"My body aches
And it hurts to say

And I wish that I weren't here tonight

"Kelsey?" says Libby. "Yes darling..." I answer. "Well, what the hell are we doing today?" she says. "Devious-ness!" I say. Libby laughs and pulls into a nearby gas station. "We're getting junk food. Come on." she says, and pulls me out of the car. So we go inside, and we both grab armfuls of chips, cookies, candy...everything. I also got a mountain dew slushie, but only because they're so amazing. It ended up costing over $20.00 for all of our junk, but we didn't care. We got back in the car and headed towards this little artsy town a few miles outside of Chicago that we absolutely adore. About half an hour later, we arrive in Green River. "Libby! We're here! Yay!" I say. "Alright, I need some new clothes, so let's hop on over to Kismet." says Libby. At Kismet, I started to look at this pretty green silk baby doll dress that seemed to have my name all over it when all of a sudden, I saw a familiar face talking to Libby. "ZAC!!" I scream and run over to give him a hug. "I haven't seen you in forever! Wow, this is amazing!" "Yeah, I know darling, it's been way too long. College has been incredible but I'm moving back to Chicago this week. College just isn't for me." says Zac. "Wow, I'm excited, I get to have you all to myself now! Stupid college girls!" I say jokingly. Zac laughs and says that he has to leave, but that he'll call me later. Libby and I walk to a café that's right around the corner. I order a Chocolate Hazelnut tea, and Libby gets a mocha cappuccino. We sit down at a table in the corner and listen to some of the acoustic music being played. "Kels, who was that guy we ran into at Kismet?" Libby asks. "Oh, just a blast from the past. We met at camp a few years ago and have kept in touch ever since then." I say. "Oh," says Libby, "I just guessed that maybe he was an ex or something...you guys seemed pretty flirty." "Well, we never actually dated, but we've been 'talking' for a while now, well....that was before he left for college in Tennessee." I say. Now that I think about it, I do really like Zac. I always have. He's a great person with a big heart. After leaving the café, Libby and I continue our mega girl's day by going to get our hair done and a mani /pedi at our favorite salon in Green River. I got my hair dyed a dark brown, nothing major. I was really tired all of a sudden so Libby and I went back to my house for a sleepover. We walk in the door and head down into the basement, which I have all to myself. I set my bag down and as soon as it hits the bed, the phone rings. I look at the caller id, and it says Zac, so I answer it. "Hello?" I say. As she grabs a pop from my mini fridge, Libby says, "Who is it?" I mouthed 'Zac' to her. She nods and flops down onto my bed to play with my Golden Retriever, Miles. "So, what are you doing tonight?" ask Zac. "Oh, I'm just having a little sleepover with Libby, the girl from Kismet." I respond. "Nice," says Zac, "but that's too bad. I was going to see if you wanted to hang out!" I had the phone on speaker so Libby hears the whole conversation, and I just gave her the cutest pouty face I could. "Fine," she whispers, "call me when you get back...if you're alone!" She winks at me and whistles loudly. I blush and throw a pillow at her as hard as I can, which isn't that hard. "Zac," I say, "come and pick me up in an hour." "Alright, beautiful. I'll see you then! I can't wait." says Zac, the hangs up the phone. "OH MY GOSH!" I scream! "I can't believe it. I'm hanging out with Zac. Oh my gosh!" Libby hugs me and says, "Girl, you a hot mess! Let's make you look HOT!"
