@antokindness It would be great if you included knee-strengthening work in your video, specifically to strengthen knee muscles, tendons and joint. My gym trainer said that one-legged squats (pistols) are bad for the knee cause one sits down all the way... yet I see dancers who do lots of moving and jumping around in the position almost sitting down on their heels and their knees seem to be fine.

@xanyxxxx The problem is that ANY face movement "burns" the aesthetic fat below our face skin so to make you look aged in time: this is true for men and women. One should avoid unnecessary face muscle contractions especially while reading or thinking or watching TV or surfing on the Net (smiling is so good it would be fool to refrain form laughing...).
But how come all sources I came across before said spot-reduction of fat wasn't possible? (working a part of the body has no effect on local fat layer-?) As to face exercises, I just judge from my one-sided partial facial paralysis... Left side of my face has limited movement but there're no differences in fat layer on both sides, and healthy side looks slightly better due to better muscle tone (im somewhat like you, I'm 37 but go to nightclubs where pple are 18-21 and pple think im their age)

@xanyxxxx The dark can do miracles :) (Kidding, man!). It's not really about burning the fat as much as making it sliding towards the chin: any movement of our face in time makes our aesthetic fat of our cheeks going down around the angle of our mouth, making us all looking as Marlon Brando in the Godfather...

@antokindness yeah ive been told that i look young cause im a vampire :X oh i see! Another thing i think when face's strained during exercise face muscles grow bigger (hormone release comes handy) and then a person leans out more muscular face makes one look older. But do u think that running would make facial fat shift downwards as well, due to gravity/hard impact?

@xanyxxxx Ok, Edward :)...What can prevent the down shift of aesthetic face fat is maintaining face skin tone as firm as possible: not becoming fat, not letting our face get too dry, not letting the Sun shine on your face...Running can do harm only if you run Forrest Gump style (i.e. forever...).

@antokindness And Retinol and massage... It would be great if you posted a vid on knee safety. Everyone says "knee shouldn't go beyond toes" but even every little kid always sits in full squat and this position seems to be very natural...I do jumps and weird knee angles when landing when I dance and I often wonder about ACL and stuff...It would be great especially if you could do a vid explaining safe plyometrics.

@xanyxxxx Right!
If one puts a 100Kg load on his back an then goes squatting beyond 90°, there would be some concern about menisci safeness: but if one goes down even butt-to-heel while exercising then nothing would happen unless you are already injured at your knees. Thanks for the advice anyway, I wil think about making a similar video.
