This particular drill is very fast and sneaky, because after one cycle of the basic 2725, the strike will switch to the other side right away and then followed by a left hand punch and then a lower butt strike.
This will really enhance both parties ability in terms of reflex improvement and when you add foot movements, then it will even bring the reflex improvement higher !!
Training in this kind of drill will help anyone, no matter what kind of martial arts system/sports that anyone , has a background on ! It trains your muscle reflexes to respond to the fast moving attacks and also sharpens your mind and hand/eye coordination !
IF you are in the Southern California area and wants to learn a close range system of Eskrima, contact me for details. Eskrima ... it is more than just sticks ! The empty hands version of Eskrima includes punching, elbows, knees, kicks, sweeps, locking, takedowns, ground fighting and so much more...... I am also available for seminars anywhere within the United States and the world. For serious inquiry, email me at VCavada @aol.com or leave a message here on Youtube. My system can help anyone, beginner or expert , in terms of reflex speed, foot movements and techniques, whether using a stick, bladed weapons or just their empty hands. The bottom line is that we have our hands with us 24/7 and that is all you need to protect yourself, plus the rest of your body of course ! IF you can grab anything to protect yourself, then so much better BUT you must know how to protect yourself using only your empty hands first ! Practice... practice hard, but practice hard, Safety ! • Good stuff, but I wish the light was better, perhaps it could've been done outside?

  • @theScytheofGod Yes, I agree ! This drill was taken just for the fun of it, I never intended to show it on Youtube !

Next time, we will do it outside with better light ! Thank you !
