Lamone: Rubin, et al, examined wrong system

Linda Lamone testifying before the Virginia subcommittee on electronic voting in 2005. She complains that Dr. Rubin released his report to the press while she was out of town and about to go on vacation. She further asserts the old "his report is useless because it doesn't analyze what we actually use" line of defense. This, of course, overlooks the fact that the SAIC and RABA reports confirmed the initial findings.
