This is the second of five rounds of a Cardio Boost training session that we run.
It consists of :-
4 Punch Sprawl
Knee Strikes
Squat w/Kick & Punch
4 Punch Curl Up
Non-Stop Punching
30 Seconds of each exercise,continuously,twice through for a total training time of 5 minutes.
