^ thats actually the real reason behind the Rhinoplasty, she had a deviated septum, and it was effecting her on stage, so she finally got it fixed, having the bump removed may have been something that naturally happened when they fixed the septum, or the deviated septum could have caused it idk, but i know that is the reason she got rhinoplasty
